The Grandpa
Alex's Grandpa and his wife, Wanda, stopped by yesterday evening. They are taking a long vacation up to Yellowstone, Washington state, and then down the West Coast. It was great to see them!
Grandpa is such a dear person with a kind heart. He is a chaplain for the local hospital, nursing home, and hospice care where he lives. He is also majorly involved in prison ministry. We have had several conversations about how hard our jobs can be. He is always encouraging and ready with a kind word.
